About
I design products, then I build them.
I studied computer science at the University of Prishtina, then spent eight years as a product designer — most of them at Lowe's, where I now lead design for AI and supply chain. That combination used to require a translator between two teams. It does not any more, and that is the whole shift my work is built on.
What changed is that the distance between a design decision and a working build collapsed. I can hold the product argument and the implementation in the same head, on the same afternoon, and find out whether an idea survives contact with real data before anyone writes a spec about it. The projects on this site are what came out of taking that seriously: a CRM on the App Store, a plugin on the Figma Community, a deployed site for a public utility, an open-source moderation service.
The design training is not incidental to that — it is the reason the builds are worth looking at. Knowing what a constraint solver can do is useful. Knowing which constraint a school administrator will quietly break at 7am because the model made it inconvenient is what makes the software get used.
At work, most of my time goes to AI products where the hard part is not making the model answer — it is catching the answers that are subtly wrong. Supply chain is unforgiving that way: a plausible number in the wrong column moves real freight. Designing for the failure modes, not the demo, is the job.

Lead Product Designer, AI and Supply Chain
Lowe's Companies, Inc.
- Designed and shipped an AI assistant now live to more than 20,000 distribution centre and corporate Supply Chain users, built with Claude and GPT Codex.
- Lead design for AI-powered supply chain interfaces that turn dense operational data into decisions people can act on in seconds, serving teams across a Fortune 50 enterprise.
- Designed product flows around live model output, where the real problem was catching the cases where the model was subtly wrong — supply chain domain knowledge caught those failures before users saw them.
- Partner daily with machine learning engineers, product managers and operations stakeholders to match model capability to business need, then design for the overlap that matters.
- Drove measurable increases in analytics adoption among teams that had ignored their dashboards for years.

Senior Product Designer
Lowe's Companies, Inc.
- Built the first enterprise design system to run natively inside Figma Make with full precision — every markdown definition file written by hand, the complete component library generated from a single template. It became the production system the teams use today.
- Reduced repetitive design work by 70% by integrating automated UX workflows with Figma Make, freeing the team for design problems instead of production tasks.
- Led UX strategy for internal enterprise tools used daily by thousands of associates, with measurable gains in workflow efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Mentored junior designers and ran design critiques that raised the quality floor across the team.
